“He was protecting our city”. Well he was also out passed the “curfew” & was illegally openly carrying. He is UNDER THE AGE OF 18. In the state of WI to conceal & carry, let alone OPENLY conceal & carry, you must be 18 & up. Maybe follow the laws if you’re going to defend them...
