BREAKING: Premier Danielle Smith has announced a one-time $100 payment for nearly 3.4 million Albertans, with applications opening July 1.

Dubbed the Alberta Energy Rebate, the payment will go to households with a maximum income of $225,000.

Eligible two-adult households will receive $200, with an additional $100 rebate for each adult or child 18 and older living in the same home.
