Confession time—when you’re young, you can be so stupid. I literally wasted so much time worrying about TV shows and Bigg Boss contestants. I’m so ashamed to even admit this.
a part of being an adult is living with regret & not allowing it to consume you. the older you get, the more mistakes you've made, opportunities you've missed, people you've disappointed. & everyday you have to remind yourself to be kind & forgiving of yourself. you must move on, knowing now as old as you feel today, you'll never be this young again.
Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.
Harshad bechara!!! Now I understand why yrkkh people made him cry in every episode. It comes so natural to him. I didn’t know he was such an emotional person.
Maybe i am too woke 🤷🏻♀️ but I'm actually glad birth rates are declining. Not because children are a burden, but because more people are finally realising they're not fit to be parents and that's a far kinder decision than bringing a child into a life they're not prepared for.
