Here’s the interesting part. With the Form 6 change, the ECI has moved on almost EVERY point the two Commissioners red-flagged, all in the six weeks since our investigation.
A quick recap:
(7/13)
to the most respected finance minister. i have a doubt. please find time to answer me.
you say that the venue for a debate is the parliament.
you say that my home minister, amit shah has offered a special session to debate.
you say that if rahul gandhi - the leader of opposition, wants to debate my prime minister, he should come to the parliament.
ma'am, let's start by pointing out some facts.
jul 20 - the parliament session opens. narendra modi, the ever so hon'ble prime minister - addresses the media - outside the parliament. he asks for a fact-based debate.
jul 24 - Amit Shah's National Honour Bill is introduced in Rajya Sabha, by Nityanand Rai, who is MoS for home affairs. Jairam Ramesh asks "Where is the Cabinet Minister". This is present in the RS Transcript.
jul 29 - Rahul Gandhi, the leader of opposition - asks "why is the Home Minister not here today?". This is also present in the LS Transcript.
jul 30 - Rahul Gandhi asks "why Shah is so scared of coming to Parliament"
aug 4 - Amit Shah, is seen in the parliamentary complex. at an NDA Parliamentary Party Meeting. He Doesn't enter the house. as per reporting from Navbharat Live.
aug 6 - Mallikarjun Kharge, in Rajya Sabha, asks "Why is the Prime Minister not coming? Why is the Home Minister not coming?" as Per Kerala Kamudi - this is consistent with the RS transcript.
aug 11 - congress MP Manickam Tagore attacks the absent home minister. as per reporting by the ANI.
aug 12 - Amit Shah says to the media, "have been coming to Parliament regularly since the Session began; I sit in my chamber."
talking to the media, at around 12:30 PM, Amit Shah offered "If the Opposition wrote to the speaker, there would be a debate from 3 PM wednesday (12 aug - the same day) to 3 PM thursday (13 aug - the next day)
this was roughly a 2 hour window to submit the letter.
he further said "I will sit in the House; I will listen to everyone and respond to every point."
Rahul Gandhi said "We are not interested in listening to his lecture, Who shot those students? Who blinded that student? Who ordered the lathi charge?"
this referred to the Pellet Shots fired at the Student, Sahil Lochav. He asked about the Lathi Charge that happened in the protests on July 20th.
The Opposition wanted a statement from Shah about this, Shah wanted them to submit a letter to the speaker, in a window of roughly 2 hours - after not being present for 17 straight settings. with no recorded appearance.
aug 13 - Lok Sabha sits for 4 minutes. 11:00 AM to 11:04 AM. The National Song, Vande Mataram, is played. and then, the house is adjourned sine die. Both ever so honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Shri Amit Shah were present on these days. for the 4 minutes.

Respected Finance Minister Ma'am,
These were the facts I have pointed out. I have not said anything that was my own opinion. I have not framed the facts in a way that support any party. My facts were gathered by scraping Documents from the LS and RS portal, OCR'ing the PDFs, then parsing them and then Aggregating News Sources. - and pointing out facts from them. Cold, Hard, Records.
I have not asked any questions yet - which I will do now.
I am a human. I have evolved Pattern Seeking skills.
I spot a pattern here. I see that for the entirety of the Monsoon Session, Prime Minister Modi, and Home Minister Shah, did not utter a word on the record of the Lok Sabha. They were not present in the house except for the last 4 minutes, on the last day.
Shah says "He was sitting in his cabin",
Ma'am, I don't think debates happen when you sit alone in a cabin. It happens on the floor, where the other side can ask questions too.
I don't see a meaningful debate happening in an environment like the Parliament. I say this with utter disappointment.
If Parliament is the venue for debate, why did the two most senior members of the government not speak there once in 19 sittings? And why was the one offer to debate made to the press on the 18th day, with a deadline of a couple of hours?
Why are there "offers" even? I think it is your responsibility to be in debates because that is your entire job.
As you say, "Demanding answers also carries an obligation to hear them." -- Well, were Amit Shah or Narendra Modi, hearing the Questions being asked? They were not in the house even.
Please Answer my Doubts. I would be very obliged if you do so.
Regards,
Sarthak
Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (https://t.co/oGCKxwPz5J) violated any law.

Justice Subramonium Prasad is the judge who said these lines. He is the same judge who suspended BJP Kuldeep Singh Sengar life sentence in the Unnao rape case.
Banana Republic.
Modi govt blocked my Instagram account in India, on 28th September 2026, for a week. They blocked it again on 20th October 2026. This 'PROTEST FRAME' will remain till they stop FEARING political cartoons.
This video of arms and ammunition is not from an army camp or police headquarters. It is from the personal collection of BJP’s UP MLA Raja Bhaiya, who reportedly owns over 500 Indian and foreign-made guns and pistols.
He displayed his collection today on the occasion of Shastra Puja.
Can an individual legally possess so many firearms in India?
What a terribly poor situation. And it happens because of lack of actual meritocracy in India.
What is eMudhra business model? Regulatory capture. What is their competency? Being in cahoots with the govt.
All govt organisations and PSU banks use them and they are one of the “recognised” authorities to digitally sign documents and all that - why? Because they had “contacts” in government to get into this position
No private company actually use them of course because the experience of using them is dogshit and no one competent enough trusts them.
But after getting such large PSU banks and orgs in India on board they went to other South Asian and Middle Eastern countries and got them onboard as well. And as of last week before the certificates were breached many popular financial institutions were using them.
Like if someone brute forced their certificates; within first 256 attempts all 8 intermediate certificates would be gotten.
Till now only reason they were not; was because no one thought it would be useful to brute force 2^384 combinations. Basically they never locked the door and no one actually tried to push it open all these years.
Election Commission's own software contains a lock written for one state, and only one - West Bengal.
An independent audit of the Commission's portal ECINET, reported by @htTweets has found a feature that can bar Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant EROs, only in West Bengal, from two critical functions:
🔹Reviewing voters' enumeration forms
🔹Viewing the notice and hearing dashboard
Officers in every other state have access to both. The audit found no such exclusion anywhere else in India.
The audit was carried out by the civic-tech initiative Charchagram. Its data scientist Saurav Rajput examined ECINET's publicly served code on October 2, 6, 7 and 9. The feature was still there in code fetched as recently as October 19.
In his words: West Bengal is separately hard-coded in the codebase & excluded from it (for ERO and AERO).
Understand what is at stake.
The enumeration form page holds each voter's details - name, voter ID, who submitted the form, the documents uploaded & the booth level officer's recommendation. It holds the ERO/AERO-Document & Hearing-Order files, along with the buttons to send a form back to the BLO or flag it.
The notice & hearing dashboard is where notices are tracked and hearings processed. It is where the decision is made about who stays on the roll and who is removed.
Under the law, the ERO is the officer responsible for preparing and revising the electoral roll. If ECINET can shut Bengal's EROs out of the forms & the hearings, the country has a right to know who would be reviewing them instead.
On September 24, the Election Commission told the country that ECINET is a decentralised platform and that nobody else can perform their statutory function on ECINet, including any other officer of ECI.
If only EROs and AEROs can perform these functions, and the code can bar Bengal's EROs and AEROs from the forms and the hearings, then the Commission's two claims cannot both stand.
Now look at the timeline -
🔹September 26: After two Election Commissioners raised objections, the Commission set up a committee to examine whether ECINET complies with the law, following complaints that control of electoral rolls had been centralised.
🔹September 28: Bengal exception has existed in the code at least since this date.
🔹October 16: A new build of the app is introduced. Bengal exception is still in it.
🔹October 19: The exception is still present in the live code.
While the Commission said it was examining whether its system had been centralised, the code continued to treat one state differently from every other.
When Hindustan Times sent the Election Commission a questionnaire, it did not respond.
Nation demands-
🔹Explain why ECINET's code contains a West Bengal-only exclusion for EROs and AEROs.
🔹Name who ordered this code to be written & when.
🔹Disclose whether this restriction has ever been switched on, in which constituencies, and for how long.
🔹Reveal who reviewed Bengal's enumeration forms and hearings during any period the restriction was active.
🔹Publish ECINET's access rules and access logs, and place the portal before an independent technical audit with the findings made public.
Code does not write itself. A hard coded exception for one state is a deliberate choice & someone made it. The Election Commission must tell nation who made that choice & why.
From Karnataka's "dead" voters to Delhi's "untraceable" citizens & now a Bengal only exception in the Commission's own software, the same question keeps coming up: who is really in control of India's voter rolls?
The vote belongs to the people, not to whoever controls the code.

BJP’s VIP Dushyant Gautam has taken oath as Governor of Sikkim. Now he has got immunity.
LoP @RahulGandhi Ji had written a letter to the President to send his appointment for reconsideration for the justice for Ankita Bhandari.
But a woman president also turned a blind eye. Never forget this..

This is the situation in AP, before nominations the Police allegedly prevented most opposition council candidates from filing their nominations, clearing the way for ruling party candidates to be declared elected unopposed. They have stopped most opposition council candidates from filing their nominations.
