@Verizon If you want people to use your 5G Home Internet it needs to work. And when it doesn't you need to provide support. Stopped working after 1 day, & I've spent a day trying to fix it. No success. 2+ hours and 3 transfers and you cannot set up a tech appointment. Do better.

@Verizon If you want people to use your 5G Home Internet you need to make it work, and provide better support when it doesn't. It died after one day, and I've spent most of today trying to get it fixed with no success. Going on two hours on hold to get a tech visit. Do better.
