@Bigpharmalover I see it like you. The CEO messed up on the oral trial with having patients take 4 big pills and poor tolerability is the concern and also LLY will crush them. Stock price should start to rise in mid August or early Sept. Most of us expect the maint. trial to be a huge success
@breakoutchrts Agreed that BP requested it. Based on the excellent info from Neil, the CMO, they can definitely go it alone cutting out PBM's who add no value. Also he was high on direct to employer and direct to consumer.
@Andre_AGTC The failure is not a bad thing. The two drugs waiting on approval could do $6B to $10B in peak revenue. Should be strong BP interest or they should do well on their own. I see this as a clearing event.
$VKTX Was it VKTX people that made the change in the ongoing maint. study dropping the oral pills and focusing entirely on subq or was it a big pharma comp asking them to do the study this way? There is a big pharm co that has oral covered , but desp needs a better sq offering
@bioinvestor24 It is very strange with VKTX. It feels as if our wonderful CEO has told buyers and the investment community that either pay around $200 share now or wait until end of 2027 for the PH3 data. Very little if any funds are touching it.
@bioinvestor24 I beleive Brian is low keying everything as he does want to GIA. He knows they have something big and distribution through Amazon or something as effective could be huge. He probably wants $17B to $20B right now if he were to sell. GPCR appears not in the same league as VKTX
@bioinvestor24 What are your thoughts on GPCR? It appears to me that their tolerability is poor and drug is nothing special. I appreciate your insight.
