The Panthers depth has been just shining. I didn't think anyone was coming out of that series without being wounded but those Panthers have looked superior for most of the series. Lightning are no slouches, but not up to task in this matchup.

The Canadiens just don't have it so far tonight. Look slow, poor decision making, passes not on target, too many shots missing net, passing up on quality chances to shoot in favour of pass to corner/poor angle. It's lights out for my Habs tonight... :(

The Habs don't want it enough yet. Looks better but not enough yet. Gonna have to lay it on the line here. Very winnable series for the Canadiens. Capitals getting some very strong goaltending.

Since the Canadiens scored the opening goal of the game, I think it's been the poorest stretch of hockey I've seen them play all season. Simply standing around looking lost. Get the fack a going out there. Anyone gonna go to net? I don't know how the Capitals haven't buried them.
