@Procreate Update: I found a way to turn it off but it only does that when the IPad is set to windowed apps. If it it set to full screen apps, it doesn't do that scroll up behavior. Is it a bug or is it intended to behave that way?

@Procreate Anyone else having an issue with the layers and brush tab always snapping to top of the brush and layer list everytime those tabs are opened? And is there any way to turn it off? I have to scroll down everytime I open the layers because it keeps auto scrolling to the top layer.
