Wk12. A positive-sum approach to leadership is attractive for both sides and would be a great outcome in an ideal world each time. However @B329Leadership shows it’s limitations. Factors like competition or volatile environments poses challenges for todays leaders #reflection

Wk3. Populism is sweeping the globe according to Bloom, 2018. Initial thoughts were optimism for me but @B329Leadership showed the dangers it can create and promote such as #racism and a negative impact on global human rights #reflection
