This isn’t your usual golf ball.
It’s softer. Faster. And impossible to ignore.

@LouisePage_ The most damaging line in this was that she didn't know whether Nedum Onuoha had played for England. Surely if she's going to go on national radio to bemoan she should have a cursory glance on Wikipedia.
“Tottenham Hotspur have bigger problems than their Senior Concessions policy right now, but Club CEO Vinai Venkatesham’s open letter before the West Ham game means we need to respond.” Important editorial which will strike a chord with fans at other clubs

@henrywinter It goes back much further, to Pick questioning the hierarchy of the club and their desire to progress back around the time of the CL final. Bringing in 'winning' coaching who then don't win highlights that the issue is within the hierarchy whoever that maybe.
A Gray day, a good day for Thomas Frank. Important win for Spurs and their head coach. Some fans remain sceptical about Frank so this was even more important. Good subs, players clearly playing for him, more disciplined (only two bookings), clean sheet, three points. Hope for the future: Gray and Bergvall, both still only 19, both committed to the cause. Sub Odobert, 21, brought an attacking threat.
Lacking players injured, suspended or away at Afcon. But those who stepped in, stepped up. Danso no nonsense, he delivered. Not the prettiest performance tbh. Also worth noting Spurs enjoyed a far less gruelling recent schedule: Spurs 6 games in 26, Palace 8 games in 25 days. Spurs 8 days to prepare, Palace only 5. Palace also missing important players - Munoz, Richards, Sarr.
The win and the togetherness should still some of the noise around Frank. What would change achieve anyway? And for who? Frank is a good, hard-working head coach still learning about the greater expectation levels and scrutiny at Spurs and the desire for more attacking football than he's usually associated with (some may return when Kulusevski fit).
Frank is still addressing Spurs’ imbalanced squad and long-standing club culture of too few leaders. More of his players stood up to be counted today. It's a start. Needs maintaining - and a touch more expansiveness. #THFC #CRYTOT
@PeterFinchGolf Interesting article on Golf Digest about the level of abuse faced by both Rory and Lowry. The problem is the biggest culprits won't ever acknowledge they've done anything wrong.
The best response, Europe keep winning.
