@VirginMediaIE i "moved home" yesterday and an engineer visited to setup the cable. The engineer did not provide 2 streaming boxes as agreed with sales prior to move. He said I need to contact you to get them delivered. I am swapping 2 multi room boxes for 2 streaming boxes.

@BordGaisEnergy I am renovating my house and the electricity has been removed for a few months. ESB Networks say I need to speak with yourselves about re-energising my electricity account. What is the right department or process for getting this done?

@VirginMediaIE I have tried calling a number of times. A 2nd line technician is needed to fix a broken external line in my estate which is impacting neighbours connections. Can you help please

@IWCare Thanks Glen, I reviewed that section but couldnt find information for existing connections that need to be tweaked. There is an existing connection, we just need to change the pipe that runs from property across the boundary line to Uisce Eireann connection point

@IWCare I replaced the water pipes on my property during house renovation and am nearing a point where I need to get them connected to the on street pipes & metre in DLRCOCO area. What process should be followed?

@IWCare how do you report a potential issue with a sewer on the street? There is a very strong smell coming from the path

@VirginMediaIE I am renovating the house. There are VM wires running across the eaves of the house providing services to mine and others. Do i need to talk to anyone about what will happen during construction?

@GasNetIrl morning folks, an engineer removed my metre yesterday which is great but there is still what I assume to be a live pipe sticking out of the ground that is capped which will block renovations as the area is being ripped up. Was I meant to arrange a different service?

@BordGaisEnergy I cancelled my gas connection last week as I am renovating. They were to reach out with regards to disconnecting the lines but haven't heard back. Can you help?

@VirginMediaIE I am moving for a short period (6mth) of time while I renovate my home. I filled in the moving home form today but wanted to query the "14 Days Before move" text on the page... is this date a requirement? I need the service elsewhere in 7 days?
