@FordUK @TrustFordUK My 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak has only 50k miles, was bought & serviced by TrustFord, yet a deteriorated timing belt has caused catastrophic engine damage. Ford rejected a goodwill claim solely because it’s over 72 months old. Is this acceptable at 50k miles?
