Pleased to report nine and a half months late, that Ryanair have processed my refund. The refund that didn't exist according to their Chief Exec. and we were all liars.

@CMAgovpUK I have been waiting since May 2020, for a refund from Ryanair - 8 months. I've followed every process to the letter, also formally complained and written a letter to HO. They acknowledged early doors I am due a refund but so far no date of when. No reply to letter.
