@dhlexpressuk No it has not. I still can't collect it. Its ridiculous. There has to be a back up incase this happens. I've seen the parcel, it has my name on, the guy in the shop wants to give it to me however because I don't have the barcode he can't. Also the DHL app is useless.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet bill is going up. The service I've received in the past 12 months has been poor. You've had to call an engineer out on 3 separate occasions and have even had to refund one months bill as my broadband speed was so slow. I'm not prepared to pay more.
