#F1 | Owners of the Kyalami Race track have agreed to make the required changes to the circuit to bring it up to Grade 1 FIA status.

If all goes according to plan, South Africa could hopefully see the Formula 1 return to the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in 2027. ‼️

@NalaThokozane in 1994 the SA gvt recognised the role the Zulu monarchy played during pre and during apartheid times, and which is why they get that money. They never got anything from the apartheid gvt or even the British yet fought battles for the South African people.

@NalaThokozane This guy is something else😂. Read SA history to find out why they get that money. The Zulu Monarchy played a vital role during the liberation struggle with the Voortrekkers and the British. They won some battles like Isandlwana with inferior military technology and no gvt funds

@BMupangavanhu @AdamTheofilatos The fact that it was banned is telling of gross mismanagement of the sport. And after the banned is lifted, they continue doing so by appointing inexperienced coaches and dont even have a home stadium. Its a sad state of affairs.
