You will be tempted to compare
You will be tempted to quit
You will be tempted to compete
You will be tempted to despair
You will be tempted to stray
You will be tempted to pull back
You will be tempted to settle
You will be tempted to be smug

Don’t do it.

Just been to watch #Joseph in #York. @JaymiUJWorld was amazing. Great voice.

The Christian faith offers new life to every person through Jesus Christ. It’s a life characterised by forgiveness and acceptance, by solid joy and deep peace – and by new responsibilities to bring together what has been divided.

Yesterday I asked people to pray for MPs and their families and staffs. Let us also pray for judges, families and all in the legal system. We are blessed with an independent judiciary admired around the world. Praise God for respect for the rule of law.

Ask God to restore broken relationships, to bind the broken hearted, that lost sheep and prodigal sons are restored to siblings, parents and children. https://t.co/BA62NkWstv

Rest in the love of God.
Rest in the favor of God.
Rest in the hope of God.
Rest in the mercy of God.
Rest in the peace of God.
Rest in the goodness of God.
Rest in the kindness of God.
Rest in the forgiveness of God.

With the sad news surrounding the death of @JarridWilson , let us commit to praying for those who lead us. Leaders are called people... but people non-the less. Praying for my pastor friends as I reflect on this sad news. @TransformWigan @StMarksNewtown

[Mark Orrell @mark_orrell]

@lisanandy The reason we are in this position is because so many of your colleges have forced us to be here.

[Church Wigan @TransformWigan]

Appalled by our MP’s! Again a chance to show unity to pass the will of the people... again party politics takes over. Loosing my faith in all but @Nigel_Farage and the #brexitparty.
