@ScotRail Well why are these upgraded (40 years old) trains not on this service? I’ve hit into the people next to me multiple time already, this cannot be safe?

@ScotRail You don’t care, you know you have a captive audience who have no other choice. You have 3 carriages on this service, how much would it cost you to double it and increase CSI? Clueless #scotfail
