This is the Temba Water Treatment plant in Tshwane. It was vandalised horrendously. It's operations have been shut.

Why? It had no security. Why? The security contract was ended without a replacement. Why? Ask ActionSA MMC Hannes Coetzee.

Why was TMPD not deployed? Ask the MMC again.

Over the past week, previously employed security guards have been protesting outside Tshwane house. ActionSA promised to insource them. Nothing of the sort has happened.

When the security contracts ended, guards across the city simply left their posts. The next day vandalism went through the ceiling.

People don't understand how bad the demographic setup in France is forever going to cause problems.

We are literally watching a fatal structural flaw play out in real time.

You now have an environment where the law is entirely optional depending on who is breaking it.

We've seen viral footage of Black women openly harassing police at work while the officers just stand there, completely paralysed.

Black youth going wild on the streets, causing chaos, while the police are forced to just watch.

Why? Because the police know exactly how the script goes if they respond. The moment they enforce the law, the entire system folds, and the response is immediately branded as "racism" or "Islamophobia."

It's a broken setup. When a state is too terrified of a label to enforce basic public order, the rule of law is effectively dead.

That is the massive flaw being completely ignored.

Publishing false information knowing it to be false (or recklessly), or defamatory allegations that meet the legal tests, can breach the Electoral Act or give rise to civil defamation claims.

Criminal defamation has been abolished, though specific electoral offences for false/defamatory election-related statements remain.
