72 hours passed each time & not once did I get a reply or an empathetic apology (not scripted). Not only that but on 4 separate occasions I asked for the contact details of an Ombudsman and each time @indiecampers failed to provide me with any details...

2 days into our trip ruined & lost. All that said I was still most gutted by the fact that for our CYCLING/camping holiday we still had no bikes. All of the campsites we had booked we structured round cycling. Over the next 2 weeks I had endless contact with @indiecampers ...

..& had to pay for an unplanned night at a campsite in Switzerland, in total meaning we had to pay €132, add this to the CHF 45 for petrol from Zurich to Geneva & probably double that to get from Geneva to our first campsite in Germany we were now almost €250 down and...

After 3 hours at the pickup depot our only hope was to give up on the bikes and take their 3rd suggestion and do a 270km trip back to Geneva (which took 5 hours) to pick up the other van.

This cost us CHF 45 in petrol, meant we missed a night at one of our campsites in Germany..

Also on arrival we were told that the fridge in the campervan didn't work! Their solutions:
- I buy a travel fridge & they will reimburse me!
- They would give us an ice box we could use
- We could drive this camper from Zurich to Geneva (where we had just come from) & swap vans

At pickup we were told there were no bikes for us, although I had prepaid for them (£200) and messaged them twice before pickup to check that there would be bikes for our CYCLING/camping trip.

Also told on arrival that 4 bikes wouldn't fit in the campervan if they did have them

@British_Airways landed at Heathrow at 15:30 from Dubai...it's now 17:21 and no bags for any passenger have arrived on the belt! A message over the tannoy has just said that due to the heat 😂 they are having problems and will be another 15-20min. What a joke!
