อัปเดตล่าสุด! สิทธิทำฟันประกันสังคม ฉบับปรับปรุงใหม่ เริ่ม 1 พ.ค. 69

สิทธิทำฟันประกันสังคม ปี 2569 ได้อะไรเพิ่มบ้าง ?

1. ขูดหินปูน/อุดฟัน/ถอนฟัน (สิทธิพื้นฐาน)

● โรงพยาบาลเอกชน/คลินิก : ยังคงวงเงิน 900 บาท/ปี เท่าเดิม (ไม่ต้องสำรองจ่ายในร้านที่มีสัญลักษณ์)

● โรงพยาบาลรัฐ : ปรับสิทธิให้ครอบคลุมมากขึ้น โดยเพิ่มรายการเกลารากฟัน และขลิบแต่งกระดูก เพื่อเตรียมใส่ฟันปลอม โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้งตามความจำเป็นทางการแพทย์

2. ผ่าฟันคุด

ผู้ประกันตนสามารถรับบริการกับสถานพยาบาล ทั้งหน่วยงานรัฐและเอกชน โดยสถานพยาบาลเอกชน มีการปรับเพิ่มเติมอัตราค่าผ่าฟันคุด ในอัตรา 1,500 - 2,500 บาทต่อซี่ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

● ผ่าฟันคุดแบบไม่ซับซ้อน : เบิกได้สูงสุด 1,500 บาท/ซี่

● ผ่าฟันคุดแบบซับซ้อน (ต้องกรอกระดูก) : เบิกได้สูงสุด 2,500 บาท/ซี่

ทั้งนี้ หากใช้บริการกับโรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่ทำข้อตกลงร่วมกับสำนักงานประกันสังคม ผู้ประกันตนไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ยกเว้นกรณีเข้าคลินิกนอกเวลาพิเศษ ผู้ประกันตนต้องรับผิดชอบค่าธรรมเนียมแพทย์เอง โดยอ้างอิงอัตราตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุขสำหรับคนไทย พ.ศ. 2568

3. สิทธิรากฟันเทียม

เพิ่มสิทธิสำหรับผู้ที่สูญเสียฟันทั้งปากและใส่ฟันปลอมถอดได้ โดยครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายใน 3 ด้านใหญ่ๆ ด้วยกัน

● ค่าผ่าตัด : 17,500 บาท/ราย
● ค่าชุดรากฟันเทียม : 3,300 บาท
● ค่าติดตามผลการรักษา

4. ฟันเทียม (ฟันปลอม)

ปรับเพิ่มวงเงินการทำฟันปลอมเป็นอัตรา 1,500 - 6,000 บาท รวมถึงค่าซ่อมฟันปลอม (900 บาท/ครั้ง)

● ฟันปลอม 1-5 ซี่ ชิ้นละไม่เกิน 1,500 บาท
● ฟันปลอมมากกว่า 5 ซี่ ชิ้นละไม่เกิน 2,000 บาท
● ฟันปลอมทั้งปาก บนหรือล่าง ชิ้นละไม่เกิน 3,000 บาท
● ฟันปลอมทั้งปาก บนและล่าง คู่ละไม่เกิน 6,000 บาท

เงื่อนไขการใช้สิทธิ
- ต้องเป็นผู้ประกันตน ม.33 และ ม.39 ที่ส่งเงินสมทบครบ 3 เดือน ภายในระยะเวลา 15 เดือน (ก่อนเดือนที่เข้ารับบริการ)
- ใช้บัตรประชาชนใบเดียว ยื่นรับสิทธิกับสถานพยาบาลได้ทันที

หมายเหตุ
- ผู้ประกันตนที่ใช้บริการนอกเหนือจากสถานพยาบาลคู่สัญญา ต้องสำรองจ่ายเงินก่อน และนำเอกสารมาเบิกกับสำนักงานประกันสังคม หรือผ่านระบบ e-Self Service
- ผู้ประกันตนที่ออกจากงาน มีสิทธิทำฟันคุ้มครองต่อเนื่อง ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน
- หากค่าบริการฟันปลอมหรือรากฟันเทียมเกินกว่าอัตราที่กำหนด ผู้ประกันตนอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเกินเพิ่มเติม
