It has been announced today that two Worcestershire businesses have been awarded the highly prestigious King’s Award For Enterprise.
The two businesses, help to make up the ten recipients for the West Midlands.

The Lord-Lieutenant is delighted to announce that HM The King has approved the appointment of Mrs Beatrice Grant DL as the next Lord-Lieutenant of Worcestershire. Mrs Grant will be the first woman to hold this position in Worcestershire and will take over the role on 17 March 23.
Next week, The Queen Consort will attend a special teddy bears picnic at a @Barnardos Nursery to deliver Paddington Bears and other cuddly toys that were left as tributes to Queen Elizabeth at Royal Residences and @TheRoyalParks.

A Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, will be held at Worcester Cathedral on Sunday 18 September at 4pm, with civic and diocesan representatives in attendance.
All are warmly welcome to attend.
