Manatees have no "biting" teeth, only "grinding" teeth. Their teeth (all molars) are constantly being replaced. New teeth come in at the back of the jaw & move forward about a centimeter a month. The front molars eventually fall out & are replaced by the teeth behind them.

Tucker is still doing great! He spends at least 16 hours a day with Fiona outside and has been meeting Fritz inside with a barrier between them. Fritz is very curious about Tucker and Tucker is very patient and gentle with Fritz! 🦛
