@timburchett We have called Niger home for 20 years as we’ve led a ministry trying to bring hope in a dark and difficult place. No, it’s not a vacation location or a nice place in any objective sense. But it is a place that needs the hope of the Good News of the Gospel.

What a joy to see Église Li Hanbili birthed today! Our prayer from day one at Église Gomni has been that God would use us to plant more churches! That prayer was answered today!

We began a leadership development training tonight with men and young men in our church. Excited to see how the Lord uses these men to serve His church!

JC (known by everyone in our neighborhood as Yousef) started a small business with his buddies selling kool-aid drinks. They’d wash the bottles, mix the drinks and walk around with a cooler in a wheelbarrow. As an early birthday gift and thanks to uncle Idrissa he got an upgrade!
