A week of tears, heartbreak and hopefully not too long see you laters. Trusting behind the frowning providence He hides a smiling face. Praying it won’t be long until we can get back home to our church, our team and the friends we love so much.
What a joy to see Église Li Hanbili birthed today! Our prayer from day one at Église Gomni has been that God would use us to plant more churches! That prayer was answered today!
Just had my last training/meeting with the church planting team from our church tonight. They will officially covenant together next Sunday for their first service as a new church!
We began a leadership development training tonight with men and young men in our church. Excited to see how the Lord uses these men to serve His church!
JC (known by everyone in our neighborhood as Yousef) started a small business with his buddies selling kool-aid drinks. They’d wash the bottles, mix the drinks and walk around with a cooler in a wheelbarrow. As an early birthday gift and thanks to uncle Idrissa he got an upgrade!
