The question is, what's the most Rube Goldberg way you can think of to cook a chicken? The constraints are:

No using electronics
No using electricity directly
No using mirrors
No using fire or chemical energy
Chicken must be recognizable
Must be 165f min 180f max
No human intervention during process
Must show hand calcs for your process

@TrystanLea From the datasheet: "By default ASC is enabled". So unless someone turned it off it should be good. Does say it needs exposure to 400ppm once a week though so may have to wait for it to kick in. Probably always going to underread slightly with CO2 heading ever higher 😔

@TrystanLea @95point2 @borpin I've played with the sensirion units a fair bit, SCD30 always compared very well with £10k+ lab quality devices. Usually just have an offset that you can get rid of with the self calibration and then very accurate/repeatable. Guessing the newer SCD41 will have similar firmware.
