@TK_HelpDesk my bags have been lost and your local agents in South Africa and your call centre aren't very helpful. Who can I speak to about A) Getting my bags back and B) Compensation for not just my lost bags but also for costs incurred for things that I have had to replace?

A world champion is a championship won from competing all over the world or against athletes/teams from other countries. NBA champions aren't world champions, they're a national league champion.

@MTNza is bad at customer service. I instructed them to cancel my contract that expired on 31 October. I received notice that it had been done, but turns out wasn't. I then called last week and was told that it would be cancelled on 11 December. Also false!
