AG Letitia James has brought a case in which there was no crime, and there was no victim.

Banks agreed with a valuation, did due diligence, and the loans were paid in full.

The victim is Trump, being politically persecuted, and the losses to the city of New York, because this set a precedent for other large scale organizations to politically targeted.

@ZoeSchiffer What’s that have to do with code reviews? Pretty ridiculous requirement nonetheless. Sure it’s nice to have managers who understand software through real-world experience, but, supposedly (and ideally) they chose the manager route because they wanted to lead teams, not write code
