@British_Airways you need to make it way easier to get the QR code. The main option is to get a PDF, which is impractical - am I going to find a printer in France at 10.00 pm? It's easy - you display two options on the same screen; one to get a PDF, the other to get a QR code.

@virginhelp in addition, I was charged £50 for presumably having to cut the wire that ran through the wall to the box. Box returned. Wire connectors fitted retrospectively, meaning both ends are too big to feed back through the wall. Design flaw. Yours. You owe me £50
