Starting from today I will publish every day a list of people Israel killed in the last 24 hours. Here is the list for October 4:

1) Muhammad Nasser al-Dabs. Age not reported. Jabalia camp, northern Gaza. Shot by Israeli forces near Yemen al-Saeed Hospital, died of his wounds Sunday evening Oct 4.

2) Saqr Nabil Musa al-Qaissi. Young man, age not reported. Al-Hawouz, south of Deir al-Balah. Killed in a drone strike on his vehicle the morning of Oct 4; IDF called him a Nukhba member who ran the Deniz Feneri charity in Gaza.

3) Suha Muhammad Nasser. Age 6. Wadi al-Salqa, south of Deir al-Balah. Shot by Israeli forces inside her family's displacement tent days earlier, died of the wounds Oct 4.

4) Moaz Jamal Abu Naseera. Age 36. Hamad city, northwest Khan Younis. Bani Suhaila municipal employee killed in a drone strike around midday Oct 4; IDF called him a Qassam commander.

5) Mahmoud Hani Adeis. Age 41. From Yatta, killed near the entrance to Bani Naim, east of Hebron. Shot dead by soldiers who fired on his car Oct 5; IDF said the car rammed a military vehicle, Palestinian officials said troops fired on a civilian vehicle. This is the case where the IDF took a selfie with his body.

6) Raafat Khairi Ahmad Abu Khalil (Abu Shams). Age 45. From Atil, died at the Anab checkpoint east of Tulkarm. PA security captain who died in Israeli custody Oct 4; Red Crescent found him in cardiac arrest.

7) Mahmoud Ibrahim Dib Alyan. Age not reported. Khan Younis. IDF said Oct 4 it killed him in a strike the previous day, calling him a Hamas surveillance commander; no Palestinian confirmation found.

8) Unnamed man. Age not reported. Al-Mawasi, southwest of Khan Younis. Killed in an Israeli drone strike the morning of Oct 5, with more than five wounded; name not yet reported.

9) Unnamed man. Age not reported. Eastern Gaza City. Killed by Israeli artillery fire on Oct 5 per the Palestinian Information Center; single source, name not yet reported.

10) Unnamed man. Age not reported. Quneitra countryside, southern Syria. Shot dead by Israeli troops shortly after midnight Oct 5 near a military post; IDF said he tried to infiltrate the post, name not yet reported.

Ten people Israel killed on just an average day when there is supposed to be a ceasefire. Among them one child.

The Irish state quietly supports war in the Middle East
