@DarranPearce Yes and you can see incidents like this or hampered starts almost daily and they are deemed runners that’s what being derby fav has to do with it.
@DarranPearce There are 5/8 races a week with worse examples of starts and horses being hindered it’s just because it’s fav in derby. This is another very bad day for racing and the wrong decision. The rule needs changing immediately if they can even think this is ok
@DarranPearce That’s a ridiculous take ax we know it had! If you can be deemed a N/R and still be able to win the race it’s irrelevant what happens it’s just a nonesense and making a farce if the sport. Re visit this situation in a month it’s utterly ridiculous. Amazed you can think this is ok
@DarranPearce Who gained from it is irrelevant it’s a diabolical decision that has caused chaos on the day and will throw up constant comparisons and issues going forward. If you can be deemed a N/R and still be able to win that same race that’s insanity and wrong on every level
@DarranPearce Well the interpretation of the rules. We all know that had this been any other horse in any other race this doesn’t happen. And if it wouldn’t be disq had won or placed that’s simply wrong in every way and a farce. Another bad day for racing
@jamesaknight I would think the amount of people walking away from the game over a rule 4 on this would be insignificant compared to those restricted and having their money frozen until they complete the verification krypton factor
@Bushra1Shaikh How embarrassing this is. The Mark Twain quote was made for you. It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt
