I want to learn to draw really well

So far it seems that the eyes are, if not the most, then one of the most important details in drawing the head.
Therefore, it was decided to learn how to draw eyes correctly.

So, my plan for now is to improve my face drawing skills.
I'm curious about what makes a face attractive. Maybe the eyes play a big role? Or maybe it's a combination of everything?
I think I'll go back to learning the basics...
