To get a quick bit of relief from your stress do the following.
1. Take 10 very slow, gentle and deep breaths.
2. As you inhale focus on the cool air entering your nostrils.
3. As you exhale focus on the warm air flowing out.

Do the activity that you used to love. Don't worry if it doesn't feel like you're enjoying it anymore. Act, behave and move your body like you ABSOLUTELY LOVE doing it still!
Think negatively and pessimistically and you do more than just make yourself feel down. You activate the anxiety inducing primitive part of your brain.
Choose to focus on solutions and you'll be activating the awesome and amazingly powerful intellectual part of your brain.
Focus on finding a solution. Hopefully you will find a solution. However, even if you don't you activate the left prefrontal cortex in your brain. This will empower you, helping you to deal better with life. It's a whole lot more likely that you'll come up with solutions as well!
Confidence can do amazing things for our lives. It can help us succeed better in work, relationships and even life in general.
