@johnbrummett @DavyCarter It provides a working hypothesis based on the math and assumption this controlled sample could apply to the general population. The science portion needs to be validated and the two have to work together. Those findings could greatly impact public policy.

Unfortunately both of the latter are agenda driven and more interested in being right than providing clear facts or leadership.
