@darko1960@mronaalishia @DominicWaltond2 @DanBowles16@LPerrins@Tesco Don’t think so doc. Kudos for at least bringing something amounting to a proof along. I’ve been in the midst of an environment where there are coloured airborne aerosols about five picoliter around and gone home with purple boogers. A mask colours up so it’s trapping some. QED.
@agentofkate @YarlanZey@emmakennytv@Tesco A Petri Dish isn’t an appropriate metaphor for an article that everything is alleged to pass straight through. If you want a battle of wits in public I’m happy to have it. I do think you need to come better equipped though, or get some adult help.
@agentofkate @YarlanZey@emmakennytv@Tesco Lesson 2. A Petri dish is used as a breeding environment. Viruses don’t breed like bacteria. They can only multiply in a host, such as you. Without a host they soon fail. Soap ‘kills’ them. They can’t fly. Wear a mask. Wash. Keep your distance.
@GillLindsay10@DCFRowe@garyshort @AdogcalledStorm @AlynSmith Your ability to articulate is very ably demonstrated by your spelling and use of the word ‘gutteral.’ I haven’t pissed the bed in a while before you play that card.
@mronaalishia @DominicWaltond2 @DanBowles16@LPerrins@Tesco A mask will stop virus bound in breath vapour, or at least some of it, and so considerably improves the odds. When you pass wind, it’ll go through your jeans. Shit yourself and you won’t be blasting turds all over the place. This is a numbers game. Improve the odds. Mask up.
@jackiemulhern @DanBowles16@wakeupUK2@Tesco Did your doctor advise that, of the two, they’d choose a respiratory infection over Covid? Actually, being a doctor, they’d have sufficient inside knowledge to use a disposable mask or to wash a bacteria laden cloth one. A huge chunk of that ‘60%’ = poor hygiene or other factors
@lpz3 @asda@Tesco@Morrisons@sainsburys Lawrence Fox’s tweet will pursue him to the end of his days, dog his career, and confine his prospects to association with a diminishing herd of idiots that nature will thin out or new laws will stamp on hard. @LozzaFox No such thing as bad publicity? I think otherwise.
@m3tal1977@Tesco Surgical mask non woven cellulosic material will decompose quickly.
The virus needs a host for, example you or me, to live and multiply. It quickly dies without one.
