box and that a different tech would need to come fix it. After being told that the tech would come tonight, they never did. After calling back tonight we are being told it is an issue with the account which needs to be settled by sales. Very frustrated. What is going on?

Been without internet for 5 days after an @optimum tech came and messed with the connection (which was working before then) have been on the phone with them every day. Techs have come two more times to no avail. We were told it was an issue out the outside 1/2

Tandem C. S. Friedman and R.C. Bray appreciation post. Revisiting the Coldfire Trilogy in audio after reading it as a teenager. I love this book and Bray narrates the shit out of it.
