Slide cancelling seems to operate differently online vs training - in both game modes it feels different than S3 ex: https://t.co/7KHWIGLNcO
I agree with mark I think there's a collision related issue/change w/ the spartan (feels like my spartan is bigger or something) - the overall line up and feel interacting with the sandbox is off - all curbslides have become more challenging/less consistent, especially on taller ledges. Going to try my best to consolidate all this in a YT video!
@343_Taxi I realize text in a video might not be the best. So here's the reports
- Players can no longer get in between the wedge of the blocks ("ghosts") and sprint out of it. Feels like the spartans collider is larger or offset.
@343_Taxi - Dropsliding feels nerfed from the original nerf that happened a year ago.
- Collision offset feels changed as jumps that were previously not slowing me down, now do.
- Uphill slides no longer work. Although this could be intended, it feels unnecessary to have changed it.
@FOTUS@Mr_Rebs_ It's on a map from myself and @JTON_. I'm sure we could break out this sequence into it's own file if you wanted to art it. But the whole map is at 98% 😅
