@StephenSeiler All the very best Stephen. I still remember how itchy those pads get when sweat builds beneath. Roll on Day 4.

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@StephenSeiler Could you provide an equation for when your wife trains as hard as you for the same events. No kid factoring required, but recognition that her recovery time is longer 😉

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@StephenSeiler @YouTube Awesome and great timings. How everyone managed to ignore the drone was just as impressive.

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@danidewitt @StephenSeiler Skill indeed, but I can’t not notice she’s swapping laces for BOA. Fashion over function.

@scottcarlinpt Apparently they are good for walking in, as witnessed whilst spectating at the London Marathon 😉

@HalfMDS Whoever arranged the tents deserves a beer. What perfect positioning 👍

@dfds_uk Thank you. Have a good day.

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@MrCatCool Thank you. Now why did I not think of that. Now able to listen once again to stations outside of the UK on the app 🙏👍

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@SkeptInquirer Thank you for providing the reason behind the discussion my wife and I have when leaving the house! “Umbrella or no umbrella”.
Any research in the probability of being right and not needing said umbrella between two people with differing PoP? One day we’re going to get soaked!!

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@duolingo Sorry it’s a 👎 from me at the mo. I liked the visible description of each lesson as you could easily go back and practice and area, now you have to click on each tick to find out the subject topic (which have all changed).

@letsdothisrace please confirm the situation with F3 Events. We received a first email about this yesterday and it is unclear if the evening Dorney Sprint Tri on 6th July is going ahead. Thank you.

@NCrunnerjacky Awesome. Go get that WR 💪

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@DutchNewsNL Thank you for covering the briefing. Now just waiting for the details to see if we can still visit from the UK and stay in the hotel.

[Mark Ross (Kairos Multisport) @markdsross]

@duolingo that was a tense weekend. I’m an absolute fan of Duolingo and how it’s supporting me to get a grip on the Dutch language, but this weekend the ‘game’ got the better of me 🏆🕺Bedankt Duolingo
