After a rock n roll evening last night, today was rock without the roll. A run Up The Band to Bowfell, Esk Pike, Blunt Top, Broad Crag, Scafell Pike fantastic scree descent and Tongue Head. Scafell Pike was like Blackpool during the illuminations. No smell of contraband today.

The last five weeks out of six have been racing. Lakes District, Wales, and Burnley. Some have gone well, some not so well. All with a smile. There are always absolutely genuine people, no matter how you or they perform, the people are so friendly and lovely. #fellrunning
