Living with Prostate Cancer. Just walked the Norfolk & Suffolk Coastal paths in 13 days - raised £3k for Prostate Cancer UK. The next one is in the planning!
This is great.
As she says, when you can handle it, we adults should make it harder.
That’s our job: not to indulge kids in victimhood but to continually scaffold and make it harder, until you get to the next step, then harder it gets again. And so on…
Mark’s March - special thanks to Candy, Mel, Pam, Andy, Jim, Keith, Brian, Val, Kate, Izzy, John, Sarah, Tracy Maggie & Debbie (+Dylan & Ollie🐶) who joined me on different days. Made such a difference to me.@ProstateUK
Mark’s March - Thanks to all who donated. Total raised £2876.00 plus £575.75 gift aid. An amount I never dreamed of reaching - amazing. And a good night in the pub was had by all! @ProstateUK
Mark’s March - current total donations are now over £2600. Great evening in the pub last night and resting today. Not looking forward to work tomorrow!
Day 13 - last long leg done. Weather dry but 23km into a strong headwind hard work. Lovely views and brilliant to be joined by my sister Kate. Last leg tomorrow from Felixstowe Ferry to Landguard Point - followed by the pub.
Day 14 - Mark’s March completed. So good to be joined by family, friends and colleagues for the last 9km. Their support has meant so much to me. And what an experience - 244km. More photos and the final total tomorrow. To the pub! @ProstateUK
Day 12 - now done. Great weather and lovely scenery. Just 19km long but feeling a little weary now. Really looking forward to walking with my sister - Kate - tomorrow from Chillesford to Bawdsey Quay.
