Wow. 😋 This exceeded my wildest expectations. Perfectly seared in our inaugural use — 3 USDA prime rib eye steaks! #matfer#carbonsteelrocks https://t.co/cDBKtX0cxO
The perfect recipe — 1/3 cup oil, 2/3 cup salt and the skin of two potatoes. Sauté for 15 min.
The outcome is deliciously golden and slippery. #matfer#carbonsteelrocks https://t.co/LBgpuWWvaq
I imagine all the closures and cancellations give people a sense of ominousness. But it's really an amazing act of social solidarity: We're sacrificing so we can give nurses, doctors and hospitals a fighting chance. Start from there and hopefully we can figure out the rest.

Kudos to #perfmatters for the lodging rundown for the conf. Exceptionally helpful and brutally honest. https://t.co/qkCmNKCLOk "Marriot will run you $349+, and they're jerks..."
Super jazzed about trying out "Super Duper" mode and the various tweaks from this excellent read by @caulfieldOwen – I've been sorely missing the similar functionality that used to exist in #Karabiner before they had to dumb it down for macOS Sierra. https://t.co/jxg7uwLyso #vim
