Hi @northernassist could you pop your guard (on today’s 12.05 train Sowerby Bridge-Leeds) on some customer service training. He was pretty rude and abrupt about the mobile ticket not being activated before I boarded; I was hoping he might be apologise for the train being late!

@WestMidRailway @networkwm Thanks. London Midland did sell them but then took them off and I raised the same question in July last year. Got the same answer. It’s been about 2 years since they were available.
