@British_Airways It’s not really the time issue Corry. Obviously things can go wrong and I have no issue there. It’s just the lack of info. Even your customer support team on site had no idea what was going on so it was also unfair on them.

@British_Airways plane landed at Heathrow from Gibraltar just after 2pm. Stood at carousel at 2:45pm. It’s now 3:30pm and no bags for flight have arrived. Around 300 people stood around and no announcement about why there are no bags. Doesn’t feel like I’m ‘flying better’!!
