The censorship algorithm has reduced our audience by roughly 95%, and seriously, who does that to a wildlife advocacy group ?
You can help by retweeting, liking and following. If we're going to preserve what few wild places remain, we need you to get involved.
@ryanqnorth@tcarmody I just read the excerpt and want to buy it. Is this book available on kindle? And are there lots of illustrations? I ask because pictures are not too good on kindle.
@dan325@ValaAfshar If the two points are exactly north/south of each other, then the sun will reach its highest point in the sky - local noon - at the same time at both places.
@JHGRedekop@ZachWeiner The most common Vietnamese surname is "Nguyen", and in Africa you can find the name "Nkomo", along with many other words starting with "nk". Admittedly these are not words in English (yet!).
@chelseaperetti @ianchillag If you like soap then you’ll love the “Soap” episode of my favorite podcast “Everything Is Alive” … https://t.co/z4R4kSH41G
@Sea_0f_Mystery @nicodotgay Remember: Price ≠ Value. Long-term, I believe these “art” pieces will end up being worthless. 10,000 times zero is still zero.
@Scott6113@HeyNav135@patriottakes A wingover, a.k.a. a cropduster’s turn, is a better choice: no inversion, no altitude gain, lower g-force. It’s good to know in case you find yourself flying into a box canyon. Done right, it’s safe and do-able in any airplane, although I think the FAA classifies it as aerobatic.
@IM_Ramble @BuckTDew @AndrewComiffb@patriottakes There is no requirement to file a flight plan if you are VFR. And you don’t have to get permission to fly aerobatics, you simply have to follow a specific set of rules such avoiding populated areas, restricted zones, and established flight paths.
@stevesi You might think a book about shipping containers would be dull, but it’s quite the opposite. I read this a couple of years ago and it’s still one of my favorite non-fiction books. It has great story-telling and changed how I think about business and economics.
@CincyBuckeye@joncoopertweets Nothing. You can certainly choose to remain unvaccinated, but like everything else in life, choices have consequences. If you choose to endanger public health and prolong the pandemic, the consequence is that you are not allowed to fully participate in society. It’s your choice.
@mbalter It's a classic "straw man" argument. Instead of addressing the actual issue of white privilege and systemic racism, he attacks the (indefensible) concept of white guilt. As a linguistics professor, we can assume he is aware of this logical fallacy, but he does it anyway.
@violazhouyi@VICEWorldNews You are clearly a shameless apologist for the Chinese government. How many social credit points did you get for that article? And why is Vice publishing this nonsense?
#DidYouKnow ❓ At age 16, Dr. Maya Angelou was the first black streetcar conductor in San Francisco! 🚎🚎 When Dr. Angelou first tried to apply for the job, no one would give her the application, so she showed up to the office everyday until they hired her #badasswomen
