Today they told me they got in touch with sender and closed my inquiry, and I called seller and they told me @auspost will need 15 business days to investigate from today. I am speechless, I bet $100 post system in Afghan work better than ours
I want to praised @auspost for their exceptional effort to avoid, delay and deflect, no reply from original inquiry, got in touch with their Twitter guy and told me to wait for 15 business days and get in touch with seller in the mean time on 29/Sep which I did.
@Clayton_Edwards@auspost At least you have hope, I already knew mine was lost, and 11 days into their second “investigation”, which I think is just a tactic to delay and refuse to admit it’s lost so no one can claim compensation
@Clayton_Edwards@auspost The good thing is you have parcel at least moved, mine hasn’t been scanned since 4/Sep, and when I pressed them to declare this as lost, they refused because they know retailer will ask them for compensation
