@swtrains_watch let’s face it what changes other than cost to use woeful service increases YoY. Was poor as a private co. much worse since nationalisation. Don’t see it fixing, who owns/wont get paid for not delivering the change required?

@SW_Help you’ve now cancelled the 18.09 to g’ford via Epsom, the 17.53 to Dorking too so no service to Worcester Park but the 18.23 sa’sy has just left but no announcement to allow passengers to switch train, just your endless loop of useless info on your trains!
@SW_Help sat on an 18.09 to Dorking that is yet to leave, any idea why trains again on this route are delayed/cancelled? No announcements re what’s going on from a ‘real’ person but plenty of useless ones re see it say it sort, fines for fare evading!

@SW_Help why are your guards repeating the same info that is on repeat from auto announcements. Assume they know these run in the background? The noise pollution now is off the charts. What can be done to reduce?

@SW_Help 1hr to travel 2 stops so far. Zero announcements except your inane auto updates on new trains. 1hr sat on a train at Waterloo last Thurs for it to be cancelled. Again zero announcements. What’s going on with your sub service?!

Yes I know that but my point is why is the service to an already reduced service to what it was, so poor? I now can’t get on a train that’s arrived as packed, so now will be waiting nearly an hr for a train!!
@SW_Help what’s going on with your Guildford/Dorking via Epsom to Waterloo service? 07.17 cancelled twice in less than week and 19.53 last night. Already service is fraction of what was before Covid.
