Devastating news out of Hamilton. There are real people being targeted by the US trade war.
Mark Carney’s speeches and summits aren’t saving their jobs. They deserve results.
If Trump is going to heap taxes and tariffs on industry, we need to lower costs for our businesses.
You have presided over the worst antisemitic crime wave in Canadian history but because you value the growing antisemitic vote, you’ve done nothing to stop it.
Thanks for the tweet though, loser.
Conservatives have not been in power for 11 years. When we left, Canada had the wealthiest middle class on earth.
11 years of Liberals and I don't recognize my country. First Justin Trudeau and now Mark Carney is running Canada into the ground.
Somehow it's all Pierre's fault.
Trade war casts shadow over Carney’s investment summit
'There is no realistic way Canada could attract enough additional investment from abroad to offset the economic pain from punitive tariffs the U.S. has imposed, especially if tariff rates escalate'

Mark Carney was close enough to signing a deal that he had asked provinces to start putting U.S. liquor back on the shelves.
Then he walked away. From what?
We still don’t know.
He must release the deal he was about to sign. Trump has seen it. Carney has seen it.
Let Canadians see it.
Two weeks before the 25th anniversary of the deadliest terrorist attack in American history, CBC has instructed its journalists not to refer to 9/11 as a terrorist attack.
Nearly 3,000 innocent people were murdered that day, including 24 Canadians, in an act of monstrous evil.
Canadians stood shoulder to shoulder with our American friends, neighbours, and allies in the aftermath. Nearly 7,000 stranded passengers found safe harbour in Gander. More than 40,000 Canadians would go on to serve in Afghanistan alongside our allies in the fight against terrorism.
To call 9/11 anything other than a terrorist attack is an appalling distortion of history. It dishonours the victims and their families, the survivors, and the first responders who suffered from the horrors of that day.
CBC must immediately apologize and retract this directive.
This direction from CBC is dangerous revisionism.
Canada’s Afghanistan mission was a direct response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
What an outrageous dishonour to that effort.
After more than a year of negotiations, Canadians are still waiting for the better deal Prime Minister Carney promised.
His government has made concession after concession, from dropping the digital services tax, to removing retaliatory tariffs, to giving away half of the toll revenues from the Gordie Howe Bridge, all without delivering the certainty Canadian workers and businesses need.
Conservatives will continue to stand for building strength and leverage at home in our support of a deal to protect 2.6 million Canadian jobs so we can stand strong abroad.
EDITORIAL: We were in trouble before Trump’s tariffs
Whatever the final decisions on Canada-U.S. trade, the ultimate lesson is that our economy was in bad shape because of financial mismanagement by the Trudeau Liberals, before Trump imposed any tariffs.

The regime media knows their mission:
1. Lower expectations. "No-one could have done a deal."
2. Prepare for failure. "Maybe it's better to not have a deal."
3. Trash-talking Poilievre. "He has to go!"
4. Elbows up! "You'll own nothing, and you'll be happy".
But apparently the federal government thinks it’s a great idea to have hundreds of thousands of Chinese electric vehicles traversing every corner of our country.
How many of those will be driven onto military bases, sensitive infrastructure, etc.? And why is Canada still so naive about how the PRC operates?
So they'll volunteer the sacrifice of Alberta's oil and gas industry in their trade war with the U.S., but they won't touch the privileges of Quebec dairy farmers -- even though that would dramatically lower prices for Canadians, too.
No wonder Alberta separatism is growing.
Something I say nearly every day on my show and I’m getting really effing tired of saying, but I will never stop saying until it no longer applies: Canada does not take seriously the things that must be taken seriously.
Edmonton’s out-of-control police threaten to arrest people who tweet that criminals should be deported. They say that’s a hate crime.
Naturally, they’ve turned off replies — they don’t believe you should have a say.

BREAKING: 🇺🇸 USAID Inspector General now confirms it has identified at least 100 Hamas members that were on the UNRWA payroll — likely the tip of the iceberg — as the UN actively obstructs the U.S. investigation into UNRWA's ties to terrorism.
