Nick is right on the money, DE is the best place for startups based on my 40 years of working with startups in SV. I saw the shift from CA to DE about 2009. Ironically the VCs reinforced this shift by requiring non DE incorporated startups to reincorporate in DE. The Tesla decision, agree or disagree with the conclusion, is unlikely to affect startups. PS I worked with Nick and he is very insightful as demonstrated by this post.

Very well deserved. I have read many essays and books about Justinian starting with my first course in Byzantine history at U. of Michigan in 1972. @peter_sarris work is the most comprehensive and balanced history that I have read. And it is elegantly written. Congrats!

OpenSea has already announced support for this standard and it opens up exciting new business models for NFT projects. It will be interesting to see if this new opportunity will be adopted by future projects.
