@virginmedia Yes that how I know I’ve got 4 out of 5 registered ! I cannot remove any of the old devices as I think sky sports still think the old device is linked which is causing the blockage

@virginmedia I can access on my phone so it still works ! Virgin allow 5 devices (I’ve got 4) but sky think I’m over allocation - I don’t know how many sky allow
