@LASairport Great job removing all the moving walkways throughout the airport even in parking structure to the terminal. Sadly those with mobility issues will be most affectedโ now forced to use wheel chairs or transporters rather than maintaining the dignity of self reliance and respect.
Seems it was done to increase profit at restaurants that charge double the rates of their outside operations and vendors that sell merchandise for obscene prices. As a LV resident, it doesnโt take a genius to realize nickel and diming patrons and lack of service makes potential travelers look elsewhere.
@SouthwestAir Iโve seen all the negative posts after the seating/bag policy change, but my experience has been the opposite โ smooth boarding, clean modern seats, and fantastic staff.
The real issue now seems to be everyone carrying on to avoid bag fees, which fills up the bins fast.
Consider: Assign specific overhead bin space using AI. Customer snaps a quick photo of their bag at check-in, you assign the space. Fake the photo or bring a different bag = it gets checked.
