@lukas_ohl@DanNeidle If you do that, then it's essentially a property tax rather than a business tax. That's not necessarily a bad idea, but there are likely to be significant consequences that aren't immediately obvious.
@DanNeidle I'd rather have charity shops than vape shops and candy shops. They retain life in a shopping area that wouldn't otherwise sustain legitimate businesses. And they're very important sources of funding for the charities they support.
