Signing another contract whilst "under contract," to ones current club. would be a breach. There is no chance whatsoever that Anderson would do that .

He might have agreed personal terms IN THE EVENT of a transfer being agreed between Forest and City , but that is in no way or means a contract (a legally binding document).

@Reggie8jb Ortega is better at crosses and distribution, but Sels is a far better shot stopper and has an established relationship with our regular back four.
If we could get a reasonable fee for Sels and Ortega's wages are comparable , then it is worth considering. Otherwise no.
